Method 2 (mobile only): Use the PrinterOn App

If you're using an Android or Apple smart device, you can download the PrinterOn app and upload print jobs from there!

  1. Download the PrinterOn app from your respective app store (you can use the links above to go directly to that page!).
    • On Android, search for "PrinterOn Print Service".
  2. Click on the "No Printer Selected" option at the bottom, and then click on the "Location" option at the bottom.
  3. The app may ask you to allow location services to be used. If you decide not to allow this, search for Cottonwood's zipcode (86326) at the top.
    • On Android, it will bring up the library's printers at the bottom.
    • On Apple, it will bring up a little balloon that says "2 printers found". Tap on the bubble to bring up the library's printers.
  4. Click on the Information symbol (🛈 the "i" with the circle around it) next to the printer you'd like to use (color or black and white), and then click the "Save" option near the top and then click the checkmark in the top right to save.
  5. You've connected to the printer! Now, choose which file you'd like to print, enter your email, and come on into the library!

There is also an option to scan QR codes if you'd like. Below are the two QR codes for the printers:

Black and White Printer

Color Printer

Method 3: Send as an Email Attachment

Login to your email account and send/forward an email with the document to be printed as an attachment in either Black and White or Color:

Both the attachment and the body of the email will be added as separate print jobs.
